We've pretty much seen it all. From big pharma to startup biotech, phase 1 to LOE, first-in-class to fifth-in-class, primary care to rare disease, pill to drug-device combo, we've helped clients succeed. Some might label us as "jacks-of-all-trades and masters of none", but we prefer "masters of problem solving". Specialists don't often have the breadth of experience to tackle non-standard problems. We deal almost exclusively in non-standard problems.
Our team
With a seasoned biopharma consultant at the helm, Boreal Strategy Advisors is a small team comprised of both full-time employees and part-time contractors. We purposefully select the best people to lead, manage, and execute projects, rather than staff whoever is available.
